Anna has extensive commercial, marketing and stakeholder relationship experience gained as an executive leader in both small and large businesses in New Zealand.
Chamber CEO since January 2019, Anna has led the Chamber response to public and active travel advocacy, the development of a Queenstown-Lakes labour force working group and the proposed implementation of a local accommodation visitor levy (to fund tourism infrastructure). In addition to her role at the Chamber of Commerce, she is the co-owner of The Health Media, a company that provides news and education to the general practice and community pharmacy community in New Zealand.
In a past Anna worked for 10 years with the EBOS Group where she led a team providing wholesale, business support, brokerage and marketing services to the $1 billion dollar plus community pharmacy market nationally. Anna trained as a nurse in the 1980 and has a keen interest in how business can contribute to better health, environmental and societal outcomes. Anna is a board member of the Central Otago Clutha Trails Ltd, the charitable company that runs the Clutha Gold and Roxburgh Gorge trails.
