Business Excellence Series: My HR & Millbrook

To celebrate amazing talent and expertise we have in our region the Chamber is excited to launch the new Business Excellence Series, where we invite sponsor and category winner of the Realnz Queenstown Business Awards 2021 to share their stories.

 

With work force attraction and retention being the hot topic at the moment we are pleased to open the series with My HR, Employer of the Year winner Millbrook Resort.   Millbrook will share some of the initiatives they have put in place to create employee development and engagement.  Discussing the investment, they have made in people and culture leadership and how their employees are at the heart of their business.

 

Jason Ennor from MyHR will also share some tips on how smaller businesses can implement best practice HR ideas into their organisation.
