Communication Workshop

We invite you to come and spend a day (or an hour) with Steph Holloway. Steph is a leading body language authority in New Zealand, and has worked with over 1,200 businesses and 10,000 individuals in corporate and public events in NZ and around the world.

Steph’s passion is to help people understand their and their team’s style to enjoy better workplace communication and business success. Come to one, two, three or spend the whole day working on your skills to aid you and your team’s success. The choice is yours.



Session 1 – 8.30am-9.30am

Exploring where your communication style came from, self-reflection and what you ‘run’ off.

Session 2 – 9.45am-10.45am

How your thoughts become actions in your body language – powerful non-verbal strategies to become assertive and persuasive communicators.

Session 3 – 11am-12pm

Compassionate Assertiveness – it enables you to more freely express your thoughts, while incorporating the views and interests of those around you.

Session 4 – 1pm-2pm

Interpreting workplace behaviour, navigating situations using the right words for ‘re-programming’, and avoiding invisible communication.

Session 5 – 2.15pm-3.15pm

Knock your bad communication habits on the head once and for all.

Session 6 – 3.30pm-4.30pm

Courageous conversations with confidence to get the outcomes you need.

Mix & Match | Each one-hour session is $25 (Non members $35) or register for the whole day (includes a light lunch for full day participants) for $165 (Non members $215).

Cancellations and Refunds: Any cancellation and/or changes must be made in writing to the Queenstown Chamber of Commerce no less than two working days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund/credit.
