Stop & Slow Down for 20 minutes - 30 March (7pm)
We all need to stay on the ball and keep building that resilience muscle as we move together through this new territory. To assist with that Queenstown Chamber has organised a recurring Zoom video gathering "Stop and Slow Down for 20 minutes" on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Twice a day, 3 times a week we will get a chance to stop and slow down for 20 minutes, while consciously paying attention to our breath. It will allow us to access more of our capacities, calm our nervous system and support our immune system.
Session times: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Midday session from 12-12.20pm
Evening session 7-7.20pm

The session has 100 persons capacity. No registration is necessary, just show up.
